EMI has been actively conducting applications in digital photogrammetry since 1995. It was in 1995 that Zeiss Phocus, the first soft copy system for EMI, was purchased. Following the training period, regular production stage began in1996 with 16 Phocus system. EMI increased her softcopy photogrammetry production capacity with 7 Heleva Softcopy systems in 1997.
Systems are upgraded with Inpho/DAT-EM systems in 2006 which details are given below
Basic workflow for photogrammetric studies is given below which comprise digital or analog aerial photography, photo-lab processes, photogrammetric stereoplotting and/or orthophoto production, completion in the field and editing . Before aerial photography, geodetic works must be completed in advance as to make ground control points visible in aerial photographs by air signalling. |
