The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre which has decided to use orthophoto maps as resource for renewal cadastre works performed with the World Bank loans awarded the contracts of two projects.
The contract of the project concerning the İZMİR area which covers about 2500 1/5000 scale map production was made on .. August 2009. The flight of the project for which land surveys are in progress shall be performed with Intergraph DMC camera, which has been purchased recently. |

Geodetic Activities Geodetic activities are one of the main area of great interest in which EMI proves her expertise. Aerial Photography Since establishment of Air Group in 1998; A TOTAL OF 3200 HOUR FLIGHT MISSION has been realized to date. This figure alone is good enough to prove EMI’s expertise in aerial photography.
Digital Photogrametric Activities EMI has been actively conducting applications in digital photogrammetry since 1995. It was in 1995 that Zeiss Phocus, the first soft copy system for EMI, was purchased. Following the training period, regular production stage began in1996 with 16 Phocus system.
